Product Release: NTE Suite™ Version 6.4

As part of our continuing efforts to improve on the outstanding quality you have come to expect from NTE, we will be upgrading our production application environment to provide the latest software enhancements for all NTE customers and products. Please be aware that our systems including NTE TradeTM, NTE ViewTM and NTE Rapid RaterTM will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday March 31st from 10:00 p.m. CDT to Monday, April 2nd 3:00 a.m. CDT. The timing of this upgrade should not affect your business processes.

This release includes the following enhancements:

The dock hour entry system has been enhanced to include all the features of our calendar system while retaining the existing simplified entry. All dock hours will now follow the same business calendar as your execution plans. All holiday hours will be examined when entering future pickup appointments.

When entering a new location it is not necessary to enter dock hours. It will use the default hours unless you explicitly change them.

One Routing Guide can now reside in multiple Rating Engines, allowing selection of the best rating engine for your LTL rates (only), truckload rates (only), etc... within one logical Routing Guide

The BOL (Bill of Lading) system has now been enhanced for multi-stop shipments to include a Master BOL and separate BOLs for each individual stop.
